The moment you sit back, breathe out and enjoy where you’ve landed.
A pootuit for when you are pootuit.
Our approach
You don’t have to climb a mountain. Sometimes it’s watching the sunset after work or reading in the park. And you don’t have to work hard to be pootuit either — sometimes life has already done that for you.
The outdoors are made to enjoy - just arrive.
The legend that started it
"As kids, we used to hike with my family — which we still do. My dad always had a chair similar to a pootuit, and every year we’d fight over who got to sit on it. Eventually the rule became simple: whoever was making dinner that night got the chair.
After years of still fighting over it on our multi-day hikes, my husband and I decided to start making them. Many prototypes and a few design tweaks later, the pootuit chair came to life.
Inspired by my dad — one of the biggest lovers of the outdoors we know, and someone who really knows how to sit back and soak it all in."
